How Can Alopecia Along With Insomnia And Bad Breath Be Treated?

A white male 36 years old with the following symptoms: alopecia on scalp and arms and legs insomnia bad breath and bleeding gums taste issues...he dislikes many foods (ie chocolate, coffee, cheese, sweets....) due to their taste on left shin there is a large flaky discolored skin (Derm thinks it may be psoriasis) fingernails are bumpy, thick and hard to cut and are sensitive to cut clears his throat a lot (not sure if this is a tic) I am concerned there is some underlying disease causing this. Can you help or suggest what specialty may be able to determine this? thank you.
