Certain foods and medicines can also cause similar symptoms.. You are already taking anti allergics like Levocetrizine, that will help and along with it steroid nasal sprays can help in relieving the symptoms.. Do steam inhalations.. You can also be instilled an Immunotherapy that will help in reducing the severity and frequency of allergic attack.. It is helpful in cases of Allergic Rhinitis in which the Immunologist will inject small doses of allergen [Allergy shots] under the skin, gradually the body starts getting used to the allergen and the symptoms become milder..
