How Can Allergic Itching On The Body Be Treated?

I started with poison ivey. Took 2 pred paks over a 3 week period. When starting the 2nd pack, I also started to use Triamcinolone cream .1%. Cream was helping over 3 days but on 4th everything went backwards, more marks, redder, very hot and very itchy. I stopped cream. Did I have a reaction to taking too much steriod at the same time. I don t know what to do to counteract this reaction. It s been about 6 days since stopping the cream and things have minimally changed but my arms are now starting with rash and a lot of itching. Thank You

$ Daily tub bath with epsom salt added in lukewarm water and lavender
oil 2 times a day .
$ Continue steroid on tapering mode , you can not suddenly withdraw
$ In our clinic we recommend tab. benadryl 2 times a day .
Systemic antibiotics decision has to be taken after in person
evaluation only .
$ Application of turmeric paste and aloe vera gel alternately help to
recover fast through their anti microbial actions .
