hello doctor, I am 18 years old young boy. I am in 12th standard . sir i am a brilliant student but from last 10 days i heavily idulge in mastubration and porn addiction. it ruined my life and make my memory weak and weak. sir/mam please help me to stop this bad habit. i want to become a CA and want to fulfill my dreams and career but i can t. please notify me about how to stop porn addiction and mastubration.

Hi, I think you should try some yoga and meditation. Also you can visit a psychiatrist for counselling sessions. It will help a lot. Try to avoid these by involving yourself in some other things or other hobbies like swimming, music etc. Hope it helps.
