How Can Acne Vulgaris Be Treated?

Hi,iam chandana.i have been suffering from acne since past 2 years.doctor has given a diagnosis of acne vulgaris grade 2 and have prescribed doxycycline 100mg tabs OD for 2 weeks.but iam unable to find plain doxycycline in the pharmacies nearby.can i use doxycycline and lactic acid bacillus capsules instead of doxycycline tabs.are they both same medicine?

Although preparations with Lactobacillus are used in Abdominal conditions mainly as it adds to the helpful normal commensal organisms in our gut.
Still if you don't have choice you can use Doxy plus Lactobacillus.
Are you applying Retinoic Acid crème or no? You should.
