Hi,
Age wise, sex wise variation in various WBC can be seen commonly. The test is being run on a single sample and variations in lymphocytes or monocytes or any other cell can occur.
lymphocytosis usually indicates viral infection or chronic infection. If there are any symptoms of fever or any node (lymph node) enlargement, then it attains importance, otherwise it is just a mild increase and should not be taken seriously.
Monocytes do not have much function in blood but is more important in tissues. It is only mildly reduced and is usually reduced in bone marrow disorders.
As lymphocytes are increased and all other things are normal, no bone marrow disorder is seen.
The test does not mean anything without symptoms. So you need not worry about this.
Hope it helped. Any further query, happy to help again.
