How Can Abdominal Pain On The Right Side After A Laparoscopy Be Treated?

I am 25 yrs old lady. My gall bladder has been removed by laproscopy 1 yr ago. My bp is always low (50-90) and every 2-3 months later it starts paining in the right side of my abdomen. I am having pantocid tabled in every morning only. What am i supposed to do? Shall i start pankreoflat ? Is my condition ok or something severe?

Hi and welcome to HCM.
As a laporoscopic surgeon, i can understand your anxiety.
Your pain doesn't seem to be related, to the previous laporoscopic surgery.
You should see a general surgeon and do the following tests :
1. blood routine,creatinine,RBS,LFT and platelets.
2. ultrasound abdomen and pelvis.
Further treatment will be advised after seeing the reports.
Daily exercise for about an hour will help relieve the pain.
