General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It might be due to indigestion. However if fever is there you must rule out intestinal infection. So consult physician if fever is present. If not then, drink oral rehydration solution (ORS WHO approved). You can also take probiotics along with ORS. Avoid spicy and oily foods. Drink lukewarm water with added lemon after getting up from bed and have 30-45 minutes walk in the morning.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
