* The symptoms are of immense importance here to proceed with the type of activity level involved by a particular person to use that knee in routine.

* As if there is high levels of activity, much symptoms

- needs surgical correction; if not much physical activity, very fewer symptoms.

- may be kept on the conservative line of treatment as assisted physiotherapy, medications and so forth.
