How Can A Swollen Vein Between The Anus And Scrotum Be Treated?

I have been having irritation and a swollen vein looking line between my anus and scrotum. It itches at times and creates discomfort when I wipe after defacation, sometimes showing a little scratch of blood. What causes this and what should I do for treatment .. thank you!

Hello,

They may be due to hemorrhoids or due to infection or due to sinuses etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Avoid straining while defecation, avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.

Eat high fiber diet and drink plenty of water.

If symptoms not improved please consult your surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
