How Can A Swollen Lymph Node In The Under Arm Be Treated?

I have a swollen lymph gland under my right arm. I have recently gone to my doctor and he examined it. Also I had a breast exam and a mammogram, which were normal. He said the lymph gland was nothing to worry about, but it is still swollen after 3 months. What should I do?
