Hello,my name is dr.Dorina Gurabardhi.I understand your concern.
Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Use rest, ice, compression, and elevation (RICE) for pain and swelling.
-Protect the skin by putting some soft padding
-Walk or bear weight on your affected foot as long as it is not painful
-Gently massage or rub the area to relieve pain and encourage blood flow.
Hope my answer was helpful. If you have any other question Ill be glad to help.
