How Can A Spider Bite On The Thighs Be Treated?

I have a spider bite and i have an open puncture in the middle and it s extremely red and swollen not to mention it s in between my thighs it s about 7 inches long and 4 inches wide (the redness and swollen area) should I be seen? And what can I do for it I used peroxide once that s all?
