How Can A Sore Nose, Caused While Playing Basketball, Be Treated?

I was hit on the bridge of my nose while playing basketball. I noticed the slight deformity on the bridge of my nose. This occurred 4 days ago. There was no bleeding or black eye; however, my nose is still sore. What are my options. I applied ice for three days.

now please no more ice to be applied .moist heat
may decrease the soreness .mild analgesic anti iinflammaory may be tried along with fruits rich in vitamin c.
