Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I was stung on my pinky toe and not sure but may have been a baby scorpion. Pain has subsided but subsequent itching is driving me crazy. The only time it is calmed is when I ice it which I can t do 24/7. Cortisone cream works for a very limited time. 2 benedryl pills make me too sleepy I can t drive which I must. Maybe one pill would do the trick. Are there antihistamines that do not make you drowsy? Any other anti itch ideas?
