How Can A Red Rash On The Forehead Be Treated?

Hello, yesterday in the afternoon I noticed a red mark/rash 9n my forehead. It does not itch or burn, but I have had a headache all day long. I have psoriasis, could this be stress related? A family member passed away this week. I have had this mark once before and also a headache that day.
