Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

-Apply a warm compress to the affected area.
-Ibuprofen, an anti-inflammatory medication may help lessen the pain and inflammation of superficial phlebitis.
-leg compression stockings can improve the blood flow

If you don't get better see your doctor for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query.
