How Can A Rash In The Groin Area And Vaginal Itching Be Treated?
I am a 78 year old female. I have a terrible groin rash and I have been trying Tucks to help it. It gives me some relief but does not seem to go away, I am also very itchy in my vagina area. What should I do? my e-mail address is YYYY@YYYY

Most probably it will be a superficial fungal infection.
As the first line of management, you can apply topical antifungal creams like Clotrimazole for symptomatic relief.
If the lesion persists better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
