How Can A Painful Wound On The Left Leg Be Treated?

I scraped my left leg this past weekend on the side with a wall been putting a wound cleanser and hydrogen peroxide, but it hurts soo bad still its like as the skin dries it promotes pain it feels tight I just want something soothing and that I can apply which can numb the area so I dont have to rely on Tylenol so much

Hello,

You can apply ibuprofen gel locally on the pain . Also available are various xylocaine jellies but they all are prescription drugs and so you need to show the wound to the physician first.
