How Can A Painful Rash On The Penis Be Treated?

Hi i hv a red rash on sides of my penis. Very sore to touch. Im a big guy. Hevy. An when not erect it seems to go back in like im not cirmsizes how ever u spell it. Lol. I try to keep it clean. From showers. But. Where i pee a lot it causes me to get rash es. Can i use Cortisone cream on it. Thanks

Red painful rash on your can be scabies or balantis or even contact dermatitis.

Yes you can apply cortisone cream and probably it may heal. In can the lesion spread more and doesn't heal you may need consultation of a dermatologist to get your lesion properly evaluated.
