How Can A Painful Lump Near The Arch Of The Foot Be Treated?
I have a lump on the outside of my left foot near the arch. Sometimes it is very painful and other times there is no pain. I put an ice pack on it and sometimes this helps but the pain continues sporadically. Do you have any recommendations? Thank you!
