How Can A Painful Hemorrhoid Be Treated?

I have had a hemoriod before, but this time I have to pee frequently or else I feel the urge I m going to pee myself. Also when I pee not much comes out sometimes then right when I leave the restroom I feel like I have to use it again. The hemoriod doesn t make it feel any better cause at first I was constipated but now it hurts too much too poop. I was looking it up thinking I had overactive bladder but I m not sure. Please Help!!! Desperate.
