How Can A Painful Bruise On The Arm Be Treated?
I have developed a large bruise half-way around my arm in the area of my bicep. I did not hit it or bump into anything. My shoulder was extremely sore two days ago and the pain seemed to have moved down to my bicep yesterday. Tonight I have this large bruise and some tenderness in the bicep. Is this something I should be concerned about?
