Hi

Thank you for your query

I understood your concern. I suggest not to take any antibiotics untill you have associated fever ,chills, lymph node swelling, extreme pain, multiple infections or other systemic complications and please do not take any antibiotics without your Doctor's prescription.

Boils are caused by staphylococcal bacterial infections.
Inorder to reduce pain and also to make pus reach the surface apply Warm Compresses upon the boil. Soak a cloth in warm water and then squeeze to remove excess water and then do warm compress. Within 5-10days it will burst out. You can use antibacterial soap during its draining. Apply antibiotic ointment over it and maintain proper hygiene.
Poor hygiene, Diabetes ,Malnutrition etc causes boils.
Wash the area about 3 times daily and do warm compress too untill it heals. Do not use needles or pins which can cause further infections.
Your boils will heal up if it is done properly.
If the infection gets severe, Consult a Dermatologist and get the antibiotics prescribed by him/her.

Hope this help

Thank you
