my x ray chest is 1- bilateral accentuated bronchovascular markings with prominent hilar vascular shadows 2- clear costo-phrenic sinuses 3- no evidence of hilar or mediastinal lymphadenopathy 4- central mediastinum 5- normal cardic size and configuration 6- normal bony thorax
