How Can A Non-alcoholic Person Be Tested Positive For Ethanol?

Hi I am a 61yrs old diabetic who also does Not drink. I recently had a urine test done at my Pain Management Dr.s office and it came back Positive for ethanol Alcohol. I was so upset because I don t drink. The Lab report stated possible fermented glucose . Please help me to understand how this happens in a body and I don t drink??
