How Can A Miscarriage Be Differentiated From Regular Periods?

Hi I am in confusion that wether I am pregnant or not. 8 months back I had miscarriage. This time we planned after consulting gynecologist but this month I got periods. Bleeding continuing more than usual days. She prescribed tranexa 50 tablets. Is it safe to use these tablets and how to know wether it is miscarriage again or regular periods

Hi, I think if you are suspecting a pregnancy, do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy first. If positive, consult a gynecologist. If negative, it can be your normal periods. You can take tranexamic acid to stop the bleeding. It is safe to use. If it doesn't work, you may need hormones to stop the bleeding. Hope it helps.
