How Can A Fractured Shoulder Bone Be Treated?
I am in therapy after braking my left shoulder in 3 places ( I am left handed) and shattering the top in September. What is the best than I can expect in terms of range of motion? Will I be able to reach the top of my head and grab my right shoulder with my left arm. I am getting discouraged.

In some cases, a full range of movement is not possible. A steroid shot and range of movement correction can be done under local anesthesia, but that also depends on case to case.
In your case, I do not think you will get full movements but may be possible with best orthopedic.
