How Can A Foot Nevus Be Treated?

Hello, i have what seems to be a rough, reddish brown spot on the top of my foot, about the size of a nickel or quarter.. It doesn t hurt or anything and it appears to move around with my skin. I ve had it for maybe a month or more. If i had to describe its appearance, its almost like a callus (not sure if thats spelled right) but very faint.. Im not sure if this is something that i should be worried about or not, i ve never had any health issues before, im also 21 years young.
