General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You are having recurrent hernia that failed even after surgery. You can now go for a laparoscopic hernia repair, which has got good results and recurrence is rare. You can consult a general surgeon and he will direct you accordingly.

Wishing you good health.

Thanks.
