How Can A Dog Bite Wound Be Treated?

Good afternoon. Last week I was attacked by a 110 lb Great Pyrenees, treated at ER and seeing an orthopedic surgeon who is treating my right arm and wrist injuries well. However the dog clamped down well on my rear end (I know it sounds funny). It is very bruised but my main concern in the fluid built up within the 10inch circular bite. anything I can do to help that to go away quicker. I weight 120, am 53 yrs old, and love to run. Ready to get back to normal.
