How Can A Boil On The Buttocks Be Treated?

hello Doctor, I have got a boil on my buttocks from past two - three days. It has little swallon now, with redness around it. I am using alchohal wipes to give it a spirit wash after bath in morning and at night before going to bed. Can I use soframycin or neosporin on it?

This is probably gluteal abscess and the only appropriate treatment is surgical incision and drainage so you should see doctor for it and do further therapy. Antibiotics may not be helpful in this point.
