General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* As per my surgical experience, the cure for Bartholin cyst is radical excision of the cyst.

* There are minimal ( not absolutely zero ) chances of re appearance after its deep rooted excision with experts.

* However, it will not affect your sex life in future.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
