Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You should get him clinically examined by your doctor. Following investigations may be helpful:
1. Urine examination (Routine/Microscopic and Culture/Sensitivity)
2. Complete Blood Count
3. Ultrasound KUB region
He should drink lots of water daily.

Further medical management can be planned according to the reports of the above mentioned investigations and according to the clinical evaluation by your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. R.A. Singh
