How Can RBBB Be Treated?

Hi, I had an heart echo done recently and the results showed mild lvh (please see attachments for full report) I also have complete RBBB. This has worried me a bit, and was curious what my risks are and when does LVH become alarming past the mild phase? Could further LVH result in LBBB, which would essentially result in death? I ve read where ARB s could reduce fibrosis and possibly prevent further LVH, is there any truth to this? If not, is there anything I can do to reverse or prevent LVH in the future? Thank you, Connor

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is possibly your LVH that has caused the RBBB. If you haven't done so already, you should be assessed more for ischemic heart disease, either by a coronary arteriography, an MR scan or a myocardial scintigraphy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Anders Mark Christensen, General Surgeon
