How Can PTB In The Right Upper Lobe Be Treated?

Hi..I wanna ask, I had my xray last year and recent year the result/impression was ptb right upper lobe..I had my sputum test and it s negative. I don t cough nor have fever.I just have a skinny bod.I don t know what to do now.it restrict me to have a job.it s really a hindrance to my employment.please I do need an advice. Tnx ;)

Hello,

In the radiological report, you have diagnosed tuberculosis. But sputum is negative. Hence you can investigate with a more confirmatory test like sputum culture and Genexpert study.
