How Can IBS Be Treated?
I have IBS flare up and cannot eat anything but crackers. Can you please give me some suggestions on what i can eat to help this issue go away. I am taking IBS pills for pain that my dr. prescribed for me but I cannot take them at work because they make me sleepy. Thank you.
