How Can IBS Be Treated?

Hello, i have ibs and am just finishing a perscription called xifaxan 550 mg and i still have the symptoms which i know i will have for a while. This never goes away and i am afraid to eat and losing some weight which i need to do. Would going on a gluten free diet help me? I just printed out some information to help m4e understand what i have. Thank you for any input you can give me. Yyyy@yyyy

take bland diet avoid oily and fast food. take freshvegitableand fruits.taketab omiprazol and unienzyme andpolycrolgel. if your problem increses with intake of gluten then youhave to take gluten free diet.
