How Can IBS And Hemorrhoids Be Treated?

Hi I believe I may have IBS. I normally would have a bowel movement in the a.m. but find myself needing to do more than the usual one especially in the evening just after dinner. I also have had hemmorroids due to many years of driving for my occupation.

You may be right but that is not always the case, IBS is the functional kind of disease it can only be diagnosed by very expert gastroenterologsit more over the IBS is subtle in symptoms and it varies from patient to patient highly influence by life style and environment, now for the passing of stool twice in day thrice in day even fourth time in a day could be normal one and most of the time it is due to diet, and it is nothing to worry, just try to change the diet and stop worrying,
