Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Vasculitis could be due to multiple causes such as drugs, infections. Please undergo the tests advised by your physician/dermatologist and aid him in finding the cause of vasculitis. Then the treatment should be directed against the cause of vasculitis. In case, if a valid cause could not be found, then the treatment should be with long term corticosteroids and immunosuppresents along with constant monitoring for side effects.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
