Hi Manikandan, Welcome to Healthcaremagic!

Probably, you suffer from androgenetic alopecia. Please do as follows for at 3 months & let me know:

1) Apply topical minoxidil lotion 5% [Mintop, Tugaine], 2 times a day.
2) For dandruff, use a good anti-dandruff shampoo (like Nizral) 3-4 times a day (keep it in your hair for 10-15 minutes before washing off).
3) Massage your scalp with plain coconut or olive oil.
4) Get your Hb tested-- if anaemic, please start iron tablets & take a nutritious diet.
