You weight is alright,weight reduction is not required,
But as more fat is deposited in abdomen requires mobilization.
Do abdominal exercise
,in which you lying down with back touches ground,
Raise your one leg towards your chest as much as you can,keep it for a while and then bring down.
Do same thing with other leg.
Do like this for 10 mnt in the morning and in the evening.
Avoid fat,fried junk food.
