How Can I Grow Taller?
hey doc i just turned 18 on 22nd oct 2012 i am 5'9 i want to grow more taller i went gym for one month and did little lifting but not heavy i am very worried about my height how more i ll grow and can you give me some tips except swimming coz it ll get me tan :P ..i wanna become at least 6'0 fuk you guys i thought this site is free :( i hate you all cheap

as you are already 19+ years now,your bone growth almost over,and epiphyses have already fused.so its better for you not to expect much gain in height further...any how try your excercise and have plenty of veges to get adequate minerals.
