How Can I Get Rid Of The Habit Of Masturbation?

Hello my mastrubating habit is not so severe but sometimes i get too involved in that only when i am at home....wen i am out i find that easy to control even when i am speaking to my girlfriend.A friend of mine (not anymore a friend) challenged me that nobody could ever be relieved of that habit....but i need a proper guidance so that i can continue my life peacefully as these are my important days......

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been indulged in frequent masturbation since a long time.
There is nothing abnormal to masturbate at the age of adolescence.
First of all there is myth in a mind of common man that excessive masturbation is the reason of all sexual problems But I would like to state that it has been discussed in scientific forums all over the world and proved scienificaly that masturbation does not have any negative effect on any organ or system in the body.All the problems that you are facing now are mind related and due to anxiety.
Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence to have feeling of well being..
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..
This will automatically reduce the frequency of masturbation,

Hi,
Nothing to worry about masturbation.
It is an unavoidable human urge like hunger, thirst etc., so it is very natural.
Due to having hot and sexy atmosphere in surrounding, this becomes very common now a days.
Occasional having masturbation is normal and no way for worrying.
