How Can I Cure Dryness Of Penis Skin ?

My tip of penis gets red and it hurts badly.its also have sings of cut and dryness on tip of penis with lots of irritation and pain. plzzzzzzzzz suggest what to do.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the infection, may be chlamydia, or other bacterial.
It may also be secondary to the diabetes,due to increased blood sugar.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. If sugar is under control it will recede.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, and some local antibiotic ointment.
