How Can I Cure Depression And Stress ?
Hi, Dmay oIc anwer your ealt queries right now ? Please type your query here... Doctor , I am shashi, my life has become very problematic which has made me very stressful..If I get tensed or depressed I cannot sense for a moment and my mind will be blank..I will be doing some work which I cannot sense for 2 mins...no one is there to look after me also ..all these thins has made me so depressed...please help me to be alive, I am not in a position to pay

Dear shashi,life is beautiful and full of joy for everybody including you.There are times in ones life like you are having at present.Remove all the fears, you are not the only in this kind situation.Because of fast pace of life and competition in every thing there lots of patient of stress in today's world.Keep hopes high,love your work,keep your self busy,meet relatives and friends regularly,avoid staying lonely.this will solve the issue for you.If not visit a psychiatrist in government institute where you do not have to spend money.ok bye for now take care and enjoy the life.
