When I was Having sex With my Girl Friend using Condom,After i Released Sperm I notice the Condom is Still Intact.But While i was still Having sex with her the Condom Bursted and we had sex Flesh to Flesh....Am Really Confused about What To Do Cos I dont Trust my Girl Friend If she has HIV..What can i do

thank you for query.The chances of transmission of HIV by unprotected vaginal route is 1/ 200 to 1/2000 even if the partner is HIV infected.It is least as you have protected intercourse.so relax and do not worry.you can go for HIV testing if you still have doubt about the HIV status of the partner.Depending on the time from exposure you can go for HIV RNA PCR or Antibody testing.consult your doctor for further investigation in a accredited laboratory.You can get back for any clarifications with details.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist and venereologist.
