Good evening Doctor, I m reading about DMSO and so interested to buy to help me with my joint pain and other pain that goes with aging. But my question is what should I buy, there s pharmaceutical grade, there/s 70%, there s topical. and are they safe?

Topical since it is not taken internally has lower toxicity. Mostly it is not tested in humans for most of what I see around. Pharmaceutical Grade MIGHT be safety tested.

BUT, it is a powerful inhibitor of harmful inflammation that does NOT suppress useful immunity.

It just didn't have a patent and so drug companies couldn't make any money on it so it was never developed. So, it's a bit of a risk since it isn't tested rigorously for safety.
