Crohn's disease and hypertension are both chronic disease but have a different pathogenesis.
The medicines mentioned by you are effective for Crohn's disease and hypertension. Regular monitoring of blood pressure is needed to assess the control of blood pressure.
The course of Crohn's disease is marked by recurrences and remission. Regular follow up with your physician will help to prevent recurrences. On the whole, all drugs are effective for control of both hypertension and Crohn's disease.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
