How Can COPD Along With Pulmonary Hypertension Be Treated?

I have been diagnosis with copd, Interstitial Lung Disease, Pulmonary hypertension, and lung nodules. . what is the best option to treat it. I have had 4 pft and a brocscope and several ct. they all came back saying the same thing. but when I was refer to another pulmonary by my pulmonary dr for possible lung transplant that doctor daid he couldn t nothing wrong according to my test but I read the result.
